Allison and Joe Wedding 4.16.2011

This past weekend I had the honor of photographing the wedding of Allison and Joe in Toccoa, Georgia. Allison is a teacher in Pike County and has taught a couple of my children and is currently my middle daughter's teacher. She is a beautiful, sweet, and strong lady and I respect her so much. We had crazy storms the night before the wedding and woke up to beautiful blue skies but also some insane wind that Allison and the girls braved so that we could have some outdoor photos. Allison's boys walked her down the aisle and the ceremony was filled with lots of laughter. Afterwards all of Allison and Joe's friends and family enjoyed a beautiful dessert reception with some amazing live music. Thanks for such a wonderful day!

Lifestyle Fun - Catherine

What an amazing day! Like most photographers I do not like to be in front of the camera so most of the images you see of me on my site and promotional items were taken by me. You can imagine the horror I felt when Catherine of www.mylifephoto.com asked me to trade out taking shots for our websites. She did an absolutely amazing job with the very little she had to work with....you can see the images she took of me here: Lifestyle: Lisa I really enjoy Catherine both as a photographer and a friend, she is truly a joy to be around. You really don't find many photographers so willing to share and teach their knowledge, thank you Catherine. So the plan was a morning of fun shooting in Little 5 and lunch at Vortex!!! I had not been to Little 5 in many years and it was exactly as I had remembered and I loved being back there. I especially loved hanging out in Criminal Records checking out all the very comical album covers!!! Below are some of my favorite images of Catherine, you are beautiful....and I had a blast~!

Lauren-Ashley Music

One of my loves is music, pretty much all kinds. My husband and I are both musicians so it's just logical that it is part of what I love to shoot as a photographer. When Lauren's mom contacted me about shooting promos and cover art for her first CD I was so excited! Musician's are truly some of the best people to photograph because they allow you to be creative. We split her session up into two so that we could go out to an Amazing covered bridge and still have time to get great shots at the Bailey Tebault House. Lauren was wonderful and so was her Family Entourage, thanks so much for carrying gear and moving cars. I can't wait for the new CD, I know it will be a hit!!!

Baby It's Cold Outside!! Senior Session Winner - Raymond Tice

I just love High School Seniors! I gave away a Senior session because they make my job look so easy and are truly up for whatever I want to do. Raymond is a Senior at Pike County High School and I'm so glad he won the contest! Guys are not normally into being photographed and I'm pretty sure Raymond wasn't thrilled but he was so wonderful. He was even willing to put his feet in some really FREEZING water... but what a great shot we got from it! Thanks so much Raymond~ ready for my next AMAZING Senior session!
